Flooring accessories manufacturer Interfloor has acquired Stikatak as it looks to offer customers greater product choice.
Lancashire-based Interfloor, which manufactures edges and trims for wood floors, underlay, adhesives and other accessories, said the acquisition was part of an ongoing investment in its products and services.
Ruislip-based Stikatak’s products include a range of profiles and edgings for wood floors as well as the Tidywire floor trim and FloorPro Clip coverstrip.
Stikatak has a strong brand name, a wide range of products and a reputation for excellent service and product innovation,” said Interfloor chairman Phil Reeder.
“In the last three years we have invested significantly to improve our business and this acquisition enables us to offer our customers even greater product choice.”
Interfloor is one of Europe’s largest flooring accessory manufactures, distributing its products in over 70 countries.
