IVG Enterprises Ltd has agreed to buy all the issued and outstanding common shares of wood chip and plywood producer Well Elite Ltd.
The company has a sales and administration office in Hong Kong and manufacturing facilities in China.
Well Elite managing director Wing Hong Lo will join the new board of directors.
