James Latham is to sponsor the upcoming Manufacturing Excellence for the Furniture Industry training course offered by the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers (WCFM).
Taking place from April 14-16, 2008 at the Highgate House Conference and Training Centre in Northampton, it is designed to allow attendees to see and hear about key points in successful furniture manufacture.
Lathams said that the course was worthy of sponsorship as it would allow potential employees to learn and practise hands-on furniture-making skills.
“We are extremely happy to be supporting such a great scheme,” said director Piers Latham. “The WCFM is a worthy cause to sponsor and Lathams is 100% behind maintaining standards within the industry for years to come.”
