"St Giles has an excellent ethos of care and the services that they provide to individuals and their families are crucial," said JB Kind managing director James Cadman. "It needs £22,000 every day in order to provide care to all that require it, and without donations people in need would have nowhere to turn."
Last year the company’s 45 employees and their families raised more than £6,000 for three charities – the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance, MacMillan Cancer Support and Wear it Pink (Breast Cancer Support).
"Having the support of JB Kind means such a lot to everyone at the hospice as this year we celebrate our 30th anniversary," said Helen Relihan, head of fund-raising for St Giles Hospice. "We are looking forward to seeing and hearing about their wacky fund-raising events as they take place throughout the coming year."
