Strategic changes at MDF manufacturer W Howard Ltd have seen Midlands regional sales manager Phil Barnard transfer in-house to become sales office manager, releasing Claire Mountford to take up the new position of marketing manager.
Mr Barnard now heads a new team of four – senior sales co-ordinator Michaela Black and sales co-ordinators Karen Mercer, Helen Jones and Ann Imhof. His previous role as Midlands regional sales manager will be filled through external recruitment.
Ms Mountford recently completed a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Among her new responsibilities will be co-ordinating W Howard’s activities to celebrate its 50 years of business this year.
