New Zealand’s Overseas Investment Commission has given the green light for Kiwi Consortium’s NZ$560m purchase of Fletcher Challenge Forests’s forestry estate.
The decision, which removes the only conditon for the sale, will be followed by a Fletcher shareholder vote on the deal on February 20.
