Demand for its range of fire, acoustic and thermal doors has prompted James Latham to increase its stock of Moralt door blanks and make them available from every Latham’s site for the first time.
According to the company, an increasing number of architects are specifying the Firesound door, which is fire rated and features good sound insulation. Meanwhile the Moralt Klima thermally insulating door blank, which has a U-value of 0.89 is helping architects achieve energy performance targets, particularly those involved in Passivhaus projects.
“This is the first time James Latham has been able to service every part of mainland UK with Moralt and this is having a real impact on sales,” said group door manager, Steve Frommont.
