Timberland Ltd alleges that KPA was negligent and responsible for the loss of the American machines, which were worth US$92,319. The company says it paid all charges relating to equipment but the machines were either misplaced or not delivered.
It wants the court to find KPA guilty of breach of duty and lack of proper storage.
KPA denies responsibilty for the loss of the driers.
