A Northampton-based builders merchant has acquired Craftsman Joinery for an undisclosed sum.
Hevey Building Supplies, which has two outlets in Northampton and Kettering, said the purchase would complement its own services and offering.
“Our customers who use our timber outlets will now recognise that we are a one-stop shop for all their timber and building supplies,” said Hevey director Neil Hemmington.
Hevey has retained two former Craftsman directors, Keith Wade and Des Elliott.
Craftsman’s services include bespoke joinery, balustrades, handrails and oak work, hardwood conservatories, and timber frame structures.
