Developer Miller Homes West Midlands has used Boise’s Simple Framing System for 68 homes in Stratford-upon-Avon.
The company, a division of the UK’s largest privately-owned housebuilder, described the system as more manoeuvrable on site than conventional joists and able to achieve big spans easily.
It was used to create the intermediate floors of homes at The Ridgeway development, which range from one-bedroom flats to five-bedroom properties. Boise Building Products also supplied weather-resistant, peel clean chipboard flooring as an added service to create a complete one-stop flooring package.
