Growth in holiday and leisure pursuits in the UK is good news for Worcestershire-based M&M Structures Ltd, which has been inundated with enquiries and orders for its Unilog range of timber buildings.
Latest signings include a £200,000 contract for a holiday homes complex on Sark. The company beat off strong competition through its ability to handle the whole project from design to supply and build on location.
M&M Structures is the sister company to M&M Timber which claims to be Europe’s largest manufacturer of machined round timber.
Only selected softwood timbers from sustainable forests are used to make the buildings, and machined products are vacuum pressure impregnated with preservatives against insect, fungi and environmental attack.
