Timber sash and casement window specialist Mumford & Wood of Essex has collected its second business award of 2001.
Its innovation and performance in the large company category clinched it the Essex Countrywide Award 2001, following hard on the heels of the Mid-Essex Business Award it won in March.
The latest recognition acknowledges the company’s management, financial performance, customer care and environmental policies and its positive standing in both local and national business communities.
Sales director Chris Wood said: ‘Since the company’s formation in the 1950s, our philosophy has been very simply to supply the highest quality products using all the benefits of modern technology combined with the skills of traditional craftsmanship.’
