Dave Campbell has been appointed manager of the WITForum (Wood Industry Training Forum) by the British Woodworking Federation (BWF) which runs the scheme. He replaces Leah Williams who has left the BWF to pursue a career in the promotion of equality and human rights.
Mr Campbell graduated from Reading University with a degree in war, peace and international relations. He spent the past year as a full-time vice-president of Reading University Students’ Union, focusing primarily on welfare and diversity issues, but he has also been involved in training.
The WITForum, launched in 2006, is open to all joinery and woodworking companies, training providers and training experts.
