Nu-Style opens third distribution centre for Perform Panel
11 April 2023Laminate panel manufacturer Nu-Style Products has opened its third distribution centre to meet growing demand for its Perform Panel brand.
Nu-Style, part of the Donaldson Group, has opened the latest centre in Bridgwater. The 4,650ft2 outlet is the third location to open in England in the last 18 months. The site will trade under the Perform Panel name and will supply to building and construction industries across the south of England and Wales.
Perform Panel is a laminated wood panel designed as an alternative to tiles for bathrooms and wet rooms. Ease and speed of installation and maintenance are some of the quoted benefits over tiles.
The new location further advances Nu-Style’s five-year strategy, which has included a £1m investment to increase both capacity and quality.
Across the UK, new machinery and upgraded sites have substantially increased production capacity for Perform Panel, with the Bridgwater site stocking over 5,500 panels. Nu-Style has also boosted its product range, moving from 16 decors to 48 designs across three collections.
Richard Murray has been appointed as depot manager to lead the new distribution centre.
“After the success of our Solihull and Barnsley Depots, we are extremely excited to continue expanding our network with our third depot in Bridgwater,” said Steve Galbraith, managing director at Nu-Style Products.
“The site is perfectly located to best service south west England and south Wales.”
