An off-site building system designed to help housebuilders and housing associations meet the new homes shortage in the UK has been launched.
The result of a three-year research and development programme, Optima Homes has been developed by timber frame manufacturer Pace Timber Systems and architects Cartwright Pickard – the first time architects and manufacturers have joined forces to develop such a system.
