Selkirk-based Oregon is one of four finalists in the awards category. The winner will be announced at the Housebuilder Awards in London on November 7.
Entrants were required to show evidence of their performance and commitment to health and safety, quality, value for money, cost control, training, communication with contractors, innovation and problem solving.
All evidence had to be supported by customer testimonials.
"It’s a real accolade for us to have been selected," said Oregon managing director Neil Anderson.
