West African shipper OT Africa Line (OTAL) has expanded its North African regional service to include the port of Las Palmas in the Canary Islands.
Until now the port has been used as a bunker call for OTAL vessels serving the Northern European/West African trades but market analysis has shown a potential for direct trade between the Canaries and West Africa.
