Partnerships First, the social housing arm of Belan, has completed a £580,000 housing development in Plaxtol, Kent.
The Tee-U-Tec system of pre-fabricated 140mm thick cassettes were used in the development. The large panel components, which are produced at Partnership First‘s Torwood factory in Ipswich, have a high level of energy efficiency and can be erected on site very quickly.
