Turnover to the end of June rose 42% to £1.5bn.
A total of 8,226 units were built, a 38% rise on the 5,954 units built in the same period last year.
Persimmon said the integration with Westbury was ahead of schedule. Efficiency savings reached £10m in the first half, with a further £20m expected in the second half.
