The founders of Pinewood Structures, Terry Emery, formerly chairman, and Tony D’Alton, formerly managing director, have retired.

The two men led the company for 25 years until a management buyout in December last year.

The company is now led by chief executive Geoff Arnold, with directors Stan Boness, Clive Darrington, Douglas Main, Graham Wills and Phil Kendall.

Mr Arnold said the men had created a company to be proud of. “Their legacy of providing the best products engineered to the highest standards will carry the company into the future and we all wish them the very best of luck and much happiness in their retirement,” he said.
