Like the rest of the Fusion range, the homes will be based on a “hybrid” timber structure, combining post and beam construction with 265mm thick, thermally insu-lated wall panels and includ-ing 16mm double-glazed units with a U-value of 1.2W/m2.
The houses can be supplied with latest eco-friendly heating and power technology, including gas high-condensation boilers, solar panels, wood-pellet burners and combined heat recovery and ventilation systems.
