Herefordshire sawmiller Pontrilas Timber has pledged renewed support for the wood for good campaign.
“We want to invest in the growth of UK markets for wood and to promote awareness of what a wonderful material wood is,” said Pontrilas managing director Edward Hickman.
“We have supported wood for good in the past and are happy to do so again.”
Charles Trevor, wood for good’s managing director, said he was delighted Pontrilas had signed up as a member again.
“We’re continually searching for ways to support and attract members, so today’s announcement is a success for the campaign and, in turn, for the future of timber promotion in the UK,” he said.
