Tropical timber producer Precious Woods has successfully concluded a CHF17m private placement of convertible notes.
The company will use the proceeds to finance actions aimed at improving the group’s profitability.
The placement comes just a week after the group successfully concluded negotiations with banks on its mid-term financing.
Precious Woods supplies sawn hardwood timber, poles and industrialised products from Brazil and also has an operation in Gabon.
