Puhos is already in partnership with Trus Joist in marketing complete flooring systems to housebuilders and its Weather Dek flooring systems are now used in more than 40% of new build houses.
“We already have a strong relationship with Kronospan which is a significant supplier of P5 baseboard for our products,” said Andy Moore, managing director of Puhos Boatd (UK) .
“Weather Dek2 will now be available through Kronospan in place of its Weather Safe product and together we will explore further complementary activities and routes to market which reflect our joint commitment to quality.”
And Colin Singleton, sales director at Kronospan, said the co-operation would be particularly valuable at a time when the building sector was developing rapidly towards the products both companies can now offer.
He added: “With this alliance we will be able to give a unique service and range with high quality, branded products for which demand can only continue to grow.”
