The Performance Window Group (PWG) has completed the acquisition of Cornish joinery manufacturer Clearwood UK.
The takeover represents PWG’s second acquisition since it set up a year ago to build a grouping of well-known brands of external joinery products. Mumford & Wood Ltd was the first purchase.
PWG has renamed its latest acquisition Clearwood Windows and Doors Ltd, which will continue to offer products in its strong south-west market.
“Everyone involved with Clearwood is excited about this opportunity as we are confident that with the help of PWG, Clearwood has a bright future,” said Clearwood managing director designate Treve Temby.
