Exhibition director Mike Box said the increase over the 2010 show reflected a general mood of optimism in the forest machinery industry and more than 20,000 people were expected over the three days.
"A lot of other shows have been cancelled due to the bad weather this year so visitors and exhibitors are really looking forward to APF 2012," Mr Box said.
Exhibitor numbers are also up by 15% at 270 with new companies from Australia, US, Canada, Slovenia, Italy and Latvia. Machinery worth £30m will be on show.
The show takes place September 13-15 at the Raglan Estate, Alcester, Warwickshire.
