Springfarm Architectural Mouldings (SAM) Ltd says it has further improved its image in the market place after achieving registration to environmental management and health and safety standards.
The Northern Ireland based MDF mouldings manufacturer successfully met ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001 after an assessment by BM TRADA Certification Ltd. It already has ISO 9001:2000 and Forest Stewardship Council certifications.
SAM Mouldings says it is the first company in the UK and Ireland, whose sole business is MDF mouldings production, to achieve all four accreditations with BM TRADA.
Key accounts manager Gerard Wilson said: “Our customers are aware of our quality and FSC accreditation status and adding these two certificates will help strengthen the perception of SAM Mouldings.”
