SCA is increasing its stake in Scaninge Timber AB from 40.6% to 59.4% by purchasing SKr70m-worth of shares from Scaninge. The partners’ voting rights will remain at 50/50. SCA will assume responsibility for the forestry operations on Scaninge’s land.
