Timber pallet and packaging manufacturer the Scott Group has restructured to drive efficiency benefits and make it easier to engage with customers.
The restructuring comes as the group opens a new head office at Halbeath, Dunfermline.
Each Scott division now has its own board, reporting to a central main board headed by CEO John Scott.
The company said the new structure would deliver improved efficiency benefits for customers at a time of economic turmoil, while giving the group a solid platform for further acquisitions and organic growth.
Alan Gibson is now heading the pallet division, incorporating new and reconditioned pallets.
