Stewart Milne opens doors to industry
11 August 2014Stewart Milne Timber Systems has organised a RIBA-accredited seminar and factory tour of its Oxfordshire site to offer insight into how housing providers, architects and builders can take advantage of timber frame.
The event will be held on September 25 and is in response to a rising number of enquiries from housebuilders, a spokesperson said.
The continuing professional development (CPD) accredited event is free and will be held in conjunction with the Structural Timber Association.
"We've seen a significant increase in enquiries. This is an ideal opportunity to acquire and refresh knowledge on sustainable construction, and it will also provide a valuable networking opportunity for industry professionals," said Stewart Milne group managing director Alex Goodfellow.
