Investment company Rothschild Australia is giving people the opportunity to invest in one of the country’s most significant softwood timber processing regions.
The company’s Australian Forestry Management 2004 Tumut Softwood Project features an investment in a commercial plantation in the Tumut-Tumbarumba region, southern New South Wales, plus a land trust as part of a long-term tax efficient retirement strategy.
