The seminar/workshop events are being designed to raise awareness of sustainable construction methods and give a better understanding of wood use in the building industry. Construction professionals will also talk about their use of timber in projects.
Napier University, Haydock Park and Oxford Brookes University have offered to host the roadshow, which will give architects, engineers and specifiers from housing associations and local authorities a choice of topics relevant to their requirements.
It will also offer attendees an opportunity to meet wood industry suppliers and manufacturers.
