A collection of native trees has been installed outside the Bluecoat Gallery in Liverpool as a demonstration of the nation’s trees and woodlands.
Green Spot sees 16 trees placed in planters carrying messages about the history and role of trees in the UK, alongside audio benches playing the sounds of bird song, wind and rain coupled with quotes from local people.
Green Spot runs until September 3, and coincides with the Form>Wood Conference that takes place at the Bluecoat on September 2.
