TTJ Awards voting deadline is this Thursday

21 July 2021

Voting in the 2021 TTJ Awards ends at midnight on Thursday July 22.

Timber product buyers can vote for their best-performing suppliers across a range of categories including softwood, hardwood, panel products, garden products, structural timber systems, joinery and merchanting via the TTJ Awards website at TTJAwards2021.

This year’s new voted award is Timber Garden Product Supplier of the Year, rewarding suppliers of fencing, decking, sleepers, pergolas and garden furniture, sheds and other garden structures.

The all-round best performing company will be crowned TTJ Timber Trader of the Year at the Awards ceremony in central London on September 17 – an event which will also be livestreamed to a wider digital audience.

Entries to the judged categories, which cover Excellent in Marketing, Environmental Achievement, Smart Manufacturing and Career Development are being extended for an extra week to July 29.

“There’s still time to enter the judged categories, so if you’ve had an effective marketing campaign, invested in some business-transforming equipment and machinery or completed an environmental initiative covering your business or products then please do get in contact,” said TTJ editor Stephen Powney.

“Companies can also enter employees that have excelled in their career development and shown a real appetite for learning skills required for the timber trade."

Sports presenter Jason Mohammad will be host of this year’s TTJ Awards on September 17. The host of BBC’s Final Score and co-host (with football pundit Robbie Savage) of the popular Radio 5Live football phone-in, 606, Jason has been a regular fixture in presenting important sports events.
