Finland is to sell 33% of its energy, timber and waste processing company Vapo Oy to forestry co-operative Metsaliitto Osuuskunta for €89m.
Metsaliitto, which is owned by 130,000 private forest owners, will be able to buy more shares should Finland decide to sell.
