Hunter Off-Site, a volumetric housing manufacturer using timber systems, has relocated to a larger 30,000ft² site in Aylesford, Kent and taken on 20 new staff, with more recruitment likely to follow.
The company, established five years ago, now has the capacity to manufacture up to 600 units, though current output is running at about 150-200 units, focused mainly on the social housing sector.
Hunter’s timber frame modules are fully fitted at the factory, including walls, floors, ceilings, doors and windows, services, kitchens and bathrooms, with the external skin and roof assembled on site.
