Equipment auction set for closed Unilin parquet flooring plant

2 November 2020

An extensive array of woodworking machinery equipment operated formerly by the Magnum Parket AS mill in Vyskov, Czech Republic was due to be auctioned off on November 4.

Industrial auction house Surplex is auctioning machinery and equipment from the closed factory, owned by Unilin, on November 4, from 10am.

A total of 115 items are for sale, including a Fill bandsaw line for top layer parquet, Bürkle through-feed press, Omga optimising cross-cut saw, Sergiani Ten-Platen through-feed press, as well as numerous other machines, vehicles, roller conveyors and equipment. For more details visit www.surplex.com.

Surplex has already registered a high response from several European countries. The industrial auction house thus advises all interested parties to act quickly.

Closure of the Magnum Parket factory was announced earlier this year after Unilin decided to make its Pergo and Quick-Step parquet brands at its Malaysian factory instead.
