Floor coverings supplier Westco has produced a five-step guide to floor laying.
The instructions, which will be included in packs of product, take customers through five key stages from preparing the original surface to laying the underlay, then onto the laying of the laminate boards prior to insertion of cork expansion strips and completing the job with the necessary moulding.
Product manager Joanne Bassett said: “When laying a floor for the first time it is easy to miss out one or more of these crucial stages, and these easy to follow instructions are guaranteed to make for a more efficient process.”
