Howarth Timber has supplied the Trus Joist Silent Floor System at Wilcon Homes’ flagship St Peter’s Quarter development in York.
The curved nature of the three-storey buildings, comprising more than 200 apartments and townhouses, required Howarth to design and manufacture the joists to fit into block work with every section measured individually.
