The first block of 15 apartments at the Life Building Company’s inaugural hi-tech timber frame development in Northampton is complete.
Life, set up by Wilson Connolly Homes earlier this year, is building 400 homes at the St James development over the next five years using the Prestoplan Buildpak system.
The buildings, up to three storeys, will boast SAP energy efficiency ratings of 98-100.
