Heiton Holdings plc has bought Essex-based Willis Builders Merchants for £1.6m and invested €1.68m for a 30% shareholding in Betor Sklady Budowlane Sp – a Polish builders merchant and readymix provider. Both investments are financed by Heiton’s existing cash resources.
