Crosby Homes has picked up a special award for its timber frame Mailbox development in Birmingham.
The developer was singled out for the outstanding achievement award for its pioneering role within the city living scene by judges in this year’s Birmingham Post & Mail House Design Awards.
The Mailbox, which was highly commended in the apartment category, contains 135 apartments in a three- and four-storey timber frame structure above a shopping mall, eight storeys up.
