An international forum for timber and plastics companies looking to explore new technologies and identify new business opportunities will take place in Austria in September.
Organised by AMI (Applied Market Information Ltd) – the conference “Wood -Plastics Composites 2004 – Towards Commercialisation” will provide the opportunity to network with technology leaders.
The organisers said wood-plastic composites is a growing business – sometimes as high as 30% a year. The market is most developed in North America, the technology most developed in Europe and Japan has pioneered a unique range of applications.
