Sky TV is to re-broadcast a programme featuring the Wood Window Alliance (WWA) and the sustainability of timber windows.
The WWA made its TV debut when the programme aired in February. It will now be shown again on Sky and Freesat networks on April 13 at 3.30pm, reaching an estimated 24 million viewers.
The programme, part of the “How to…Go Green” series looks at how double-glazing can help people reduce energy consumption and save money.
“This TV presence for the Wood Window Alliance signals a high impact year for the timber windows market,” said a WWA spokesperson.
“Our presence on TV, combined with our new TV advertisement, marks a new era in our promotional campaign, and will be incredibly valuable,” said WWA campaign chairman Sean Parnaby.
“The programme includes extensive interviews with the WWA and the Energy Saving Trust, and tells the full story of the energy-saving, asset building and sustainability benefits of wood windows.”
The one-minute WWA advert also airs during the commercial break.
