Welshpool-based Lowfield Timber Frames, part of the SJR Group, saw good traffic to its stand in the Timber Zone and managing director Mark Phillips was upbeat about both the show and the market beyond.
The key, he said, is flexibility.
“Whereas we were busy with the residential sector, we’re now busy with social housing, plus commercial developments such as nursing homes and leisure complexes,” he said. “There is work out there.”
