This message will be the central theme of the annual convention of the Institute of Wood Science on October 10-11 in Cardiff, with the theme ‘How does wood help to sustain the built environment?’
The IWSc is targeting architects and has received valuable sponsorship from wood. for good, the Timber Trade Federation and AHEC, as well as endorsement from your own good selves at TTJ.
Many of us on the IWSc council sincerely hope that the trade will also support this initiative that the government is now coming to appreciate, thanks to the Timber Trade Federation.
