A team of from JELD-WEN UK Ltd raised £3,000 for charity by cycling250 miles across France to Switzerland.
During the event, organised by Challenge Adventure Charities, saw Kevin Coombs, Lee Powley and Nathan Stannage, along with a friend of the company, Steve Warncken, worked in a relay, each cycling 170 miles during the three-day challenge.
Their earnings will be divided equally between JELD-WEN’s nominated charity Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, and the organiser’s registered beneficiaries Alzheimers, National Autistic Society, Cancer Research and Childline.
