Geoff Taylor, a former director at Montague L Meyer Ltd (MLM), has set up his own consultancy business.
Mr Taylor, who left MLM last year, had worked in the panel product business for 38 years and was involved in part in international procurement.
He said: “This enabled me to get to know a lot of people abroad, and that is where I think I will be of the most use. I will, for instance, be able to advise companies about distribution networks within countries other than their own.”
Mr Taylor, who will act as a consultant for the development of the distribution of new panel products at home and abroad, thanked everyone for their support over the years in his previous position.
