Presentations from the successful Wood Futures sustainable solutions conference, run jointly by the TTJ and the Medite 2016 Forum, are now available in print and as an online download.

The Medite Forum, an industry think-tank initiative run by the Coillte Panel Products brand, has published the content of last November’s conference at the Royal Festival hall as the second in its annual series of ‘compendiums’.

The Wood Futures Conference itself attracted an audience of 120 and addressed the issue of timber and its role in the drive to sustainable construction and development. Speakers were drawn from the wood sector, industry organisations and research bodies, key market sectors and NGOs. The keynote address was delivered by environment minister Phil Woolas.
