Lawsons Holdings acquires AVS Group Holdings Limited

The combined group will have an annual turnover of £125m with 565 employees operating from 27 branches across the South East of England. The acquisition of AVS will assist Lawsons with future expansion in the fencing and landscaping market.

Södra makes further investments at Värö sawmill

Södra’s investments in the sawmill at Värö, are primarily in final trimming and drying, but also in log sorting, sawing and green sorting. Investment will also be made in increased drying capacity and an automatic grading system will be installed.
